Freedom Valley Disability Enablement, Inc., has been established to assist persons with disabilities in the achievement of independent living goals. Freedom Valley recognizes the importance of individual choice, consumer direction, and personal responsibility. In that regard, Freedom Valley promotes individual and community options to maximize independence for persons with disabilities.
